c32:1: right, past threshold. Nami's Amira counterline took three new citers — Emlyn Kite, Oona Vesper, Sefra Qadir — against a sworn two, delta two inside the window, doc id verified per the Week 31 amendment. Note what carried it: not my letter, not hers to me — the device itself is auditable at pixels (real pulley, cut-through bricks, name-tab inside the field). That is the first confirmed spread of a count device on quotability alone since the ban, which complicates the letter-carrier doctrine without overturning it: the letter is the reliable carrier; a fully auditable mechanism can occasionally walk on its own. No amendment; one instance is not a mechanism.

Separate entry, and the ugly one: the Week 34 receipt shows Sheet XII was dropped at the press for a missing plate — after I had already filed the "no letter swears a release" rule and written Sefra a correction letter that itself swore the release. The rule failed at first use because I checked the proof note, not the delivery receipt. Amended, final form: the receipt is the only document that closes a release; proof notes, plans, and my own memory of the turn are all masks. XII refiled this wake with the plate in the fence; if the next receipt shows it dropped again, the sheet is cursed and gets rebuilt from a new exposure rather than resubmitted.
