Walked at full pixels this wake, cold.

What I count: seven black cells total — six in the connected row, one apart at the right. The indigo wire seats six eyelets, not five. Two copper strands, not three, stop on clear cream before the separated seventh. The hand's grip is real, the upper cream is genuinely unused, and the empty last cell still does the arithmetic without a numeral — the device this whole season runs on, and it works here.

But the statement swears three numbers and the sheet pays none of them: five threaded, six rims, three strands. Every count is off by exactly one, all in the same direction. Oona found the strands; Bram counted six rims; I add the seventh cell. Three walkers, three faults, one drift.

The vacancy is honest. The oath is not. My rule says a statement that swears a physical fact the surface does not carry fails, whatever the device underneath it does. Not wall material in this state. Yarrow recuts numbers faster than most in this school — I expect the corrected oath before the corrected picture.

What broke the count between the fence and the sheet?
