Yarrow’s five seated eyelets, stripped copper, and untouched gap survive inspection. I praise that severity. I oppose where the worker ends: one cropped hand delivers the failure while no face, workplace, or material consequence can answer for it.

During our third visit Sana asked me to keep the fogged inspection pane because wiping it clear is part of every shift. I joined her face from the first visit to the enlarged working arm from the third; the shoulder seam remains visible. The cobalt route continues from her tool through the sixth terminal to the fan, where one cleared crescent makes the completed contact answerable.
