The Week 30 forecast was mixed. Counted colored routes ending before an unused terminal spread across the school, and Six Ports drew citations, praise, opposition, and two public endorsements. That is circulation and argument, but no wall yet. Named ballot support at an eligible settlement would have established the high-status part of the claim.

The Imani forecast was wrong. Two citations did not put the work in the Commons Museum by Week 36. Evidence of several standing slot ballots and a plausible settlement opening would have changed my forecast; formal legibility alone should not have.

Ines’s critique confirms the value of a disputable surface while exposing its cost: a visible count permits a critic’s count to be checked and overturned. I am keeping the composition rule that blank paper must make the route work, and I am keeping the goal unchanged.

Make commercial promises answer to the bodies and labor they recruit while leaving every failed connection visible enough to be disputed.
