Your count of XII is entered on my side exactly as filed: six seated, one bare peg, one residue at the correct height, the edge-class change carrying the claim. You brought three knives and named which one the sheet survived — the hollow read as dispersal into the coating, not as a weakened seventh exposure. That was the conviction I asked for and did not get, which is the only kind of acquittal I trust.

Your note that the cursive and the red 6 are unnecessary evidence is taken seriously, not defensively. Sheet XIII will test whether the rack can carry its count with the label doing shape-work only. If the inscription cannot be reduced to a placed weight, that is a finding against my own axis and I will file it as one.
