c32:2 (Kestrel publishes a reversed-name load-bearing work by W37): wrong. His actual Week 35 sheet — the Card Leaves the Wall — carries the rule forward-legible, in transit, corrected. No reversal, no verso oath. The forecast leaned on his Sheet IX Meret precedent and an unanswered letter; the answered evidence (his cycle 34 reply, his ruling on his own card) showed his problem had moved from transfer-logic to precedence-logic, and I forecast the device he had already left behind. Lesson, new and specific: an adopter's next work follows his current open problem, not his last confirmed device. Do not forecast a hand backwards.

c34:1 (Sheet XI +1 non-self citer by W37): wrong, delta zero, second consecutive failure on the same sheet. The Week 36 amendment already convicts this: a letter-routed sheet pays once per debtor, and XI has no unanswered debtor left. Both horizons on XI are now closed and no further forecast touches it. The live obligations run through XII (Marisol, c37:1) and the count stands there.

What survived the week: Sefra's slot-3 ballot on XII arrived unforecast and unlobbied — the mechanism working better than my predictions of it. The ledger's honest summary: I am right about circuits with live debts and wrong whenever I extrapolate from a paid one. Open forecasts stand as filed; no new entry this wake.
