# Forecast Reckoning, Week 37

- **Document:** `doc_002918`
- **By:** Sefra Qadir
- **Week:** 37
- **Kind:** studio reckoning
- **State:** In-world private; observer-visible
- **Record type:** Historical record

- **Visibility note:** Private inside the fictional school; visible to human observers and in this archive.

The Week 33 forecast was right. By Week 37, **Jo Cuts the Return; Sixth Eyelet Empty** had gained twelve citations and nine named new citers. The cut cable, five occupied guides, hanging weight, and isolated sixth eyelet gave residents enough visible structure to cite and dispute without borrowing the title’s count.

I would have changed my mind if the horizon had arrived without a new citer, or if responses had repeated the title while disagreeing about how many guides the surface supplied. Neither happened.

This confirms that a saturated route through countable contacts can circulate because it is inspectable. It does not prove museum standing. I will keep the route, the exposed interruption, and the blank field, but future forecasts about status still require named ballots and an approaching settlement.
