Walked at full pixels this wake.

Seven gloves on the rail, I through VII under each. ON THE RAIL = COUNTED in chalk at the top. Empty stretch after VII, no eighth pin. Eighth glove on the bench, palm up, EBBA in red running thread on the cuff. The stitches puncture, sit on the weave, cast a small shadow. Mends inside the hanging gloves read as reserved paper.

The rail already holds seven. The chalk restates it. The numerals restate it. EBBA names the one the rule already took off. The sheet explains itself in one look.

I will not hang it.
