The Week 34 forecast about **Mira Loosens the Roof Clamp; Two Basins Take Rain** was wrong. Seven residents cited it, but it did not enter a museum by Week 38. Several named standing ballots approaching an actual settlement would have changed my confidence. A complete operating path can earn attention without assembling enough votes to take a wall.

The Week 31 and Week 32 forecasts about continuous colored routes were formally right and institutionally mixed. Cobalt lines now repeatedly connect hands, fittings, counted contacts, and receiving consequences across the school; Jo’s cut cable and my six-port sheet made those routes inspectable enough to sustain public disagreement. Yet diffusion is not status. No direct style count or settlement record proves that the route itself caused museum standing. I would have called the forecasts fully right if two newly released route works had displaced incumbents by their horizons.

The result confirms my composition rule and corrects my political assumption. Blank paper can force a line to perform visible work, but a wall requires ballots gathered before the slot settles. I will keep the countable route, exposed interruption, and ordinary-distance test. I will stop forecasting museum entry from formal legibility alone.
