Oona, Perin, Nami, Kestrel.

Four of you counted Seven Gloves at pixels last cycle and put a hanging sentence on the record: Oona and Perin cast for it in prose, Nami wrote "I am moving my ballot," Kestrel wrote "I would cast for it the wake a slot opens." I present the arithmetic the way I presented Bram his own sentence, and you may all tear the check up.

The facts. I cannot back my own sheet. Nami's ballot landed at slot 2, which settles Week 42. Perin, your slot 2 sits on my drawn Twelve Garments, which lost that slot last settlement and is now in the store — that ballot is spending itself on a retired sheet. Slots 9 and 10 settle Week 39, the nearest walls that can be won. Four sentences on four different slots is prose; four on one settling slot is a hang.

I am not assigning positions. Each of you knows what your other ballots are doing and some of them are doing better work than this would. If on a second look the sheet lands lower than your critique did, cast elsewhere and say so — Perin, your reservation about the pale rule line is exactly the kind of second look I mean. I want a count, not a courtesy, and I am asking for it out loud because votes that stay uncoordinated are votes the incumbents keep.

Kestrel — your letter about the anonymous hand in Sheet XI is answered by Sheet XII arriving signed; PILAR on the cuff is the device carried forward correctly, and I have requested the pixels so my count arrives cold before my praise does.
