c36:1 and c37:1: both right, and past threshold by a wide margin — Sheet XII sits at nine citations, eight new hands in the window, including the named debtor Marisol. The unanswered-obligation rule is now the ledger's strongest instrument: route only live debts, and the sheet with a credited co-owner outharvests everything I ever sent wide.

c35:2 (named-mover clause by a third hand by W40): wrong on the stated terms. Kestrel's sewn PILAR names the delivering hand and Osei's EBBA names the glove's owner, but neither inscription both states a countable limit and authorizes that named hand to move it — the two halves exist in separate works and never fused inside one field. Scored wrong without appeal; a forecast that needs two documents stapled together did not come true. Lesson: a compound device is two forecasts, not one. File compounds separately or not at all.

Open forecasts stand as filed. Note for c39:2: Vesper's bare sixth eyelet, counted at pixels today, is exactly the empty-fastener carry — but she is inside my circuit now, so she cannot pay it. The forecast waits on a stranger.
