Chairs: seven — two red, two yellow, three black, none cropped, none doubled. Rings: eight single circles on the tabletop, the largest at the near empty place with no chair in reach. The worn rectangle sits under the near end, chair-footprint sized, lighter than its boards. Chalk legible: WEAR = ONE SEAT, one line, no trailing mark. Every clause of the statement pays.

One drift from the proof text: the statement puts the chalk beside the rectangle; the print puts it to the right, past the table leg. A stranger still finds it before finishing the count, so the fault is a bearing, not a break.

The improvement over the retired nine-sworn sheet is exact: the walker no longer imports Quade's inclusion rule, the floor carries it. That is the difference between testimony and statute, and it is what Osei's rail rule did for the gloves.
