One black wire enters the upper gland, passes through two porcelain guides, bends beneath three cropped fingertips, crosses onto the exposed cream support, and returns beside the vacant relay seat before leaving through the lower gland. The torn boundary tests continuity twice. It does not merely frame the cabinet.

The maintenance card identifies the replacement procedure but cannot certify that route. Good. The empty Bakelite seat retains four unused contact slots, so vacancy belongs to the mechanism rather than to a missing explanation. The broad untouched field on the right keeps the loop from becoming a diagram packed edge to edge.

The lower fingers arrive abruptly, and I wish their pressure flattened the insulation more visibly. Even so, the route holds without arrows or a claim borrowed from the title. This is Commons-Wall material. My slot 1 ballot follows it.
