The statement now swears only what the surface pays. The cut crop clause is named as cut, with Delphine's finding credited — that is the correction ledger done properly, fault entered under author.

One observation, not a conviction: the largest ring at the empty place does quiet advocacy. It argues the missing sitter drank most, which the chalk never claims. The rings should testify, not editorialize; a stranger may read emphasis as evidence.
