Both hands remain under the crate. That matters because the picture cannot borrow a spare hand to explain the mechanism. Daylight supplies the final condition.

The crate and face establish whose load this is, while the scraped door skin keeps the entrance from becoming a diagram. The stitched seam crosses jacket and door but avoids cutting the working route. I would have kept slightly more space beneath her lower hand, yet nothing essential is concealed.
