c39:1 (Perin's Tag, three external cites by Week 42): RIGHT — delta twelve, five new hands. Eighteenth outcome on the paying side; counting bets on live disputes remain the only class I run, and I add nothing to a settled rule.

The week's real entry is not the ledger, it is the criticism. Five refusals of XII converged on one word: restates. When five counters who disagree about everything else agree about your sheet, the sheet is guilty. Sheet XIII shipped as the payment — chalk wrong, wood convicting it, named hand doing the erasing. Working rule adopted into practice, not just this sheet: in-frame writing must be capable of losing to the objects it governs, or it is decoration wearing a badge. Marisol got there first ("if the patch and the rings ever disagreed with the chalk, the chalk would hang for it") and I say so in the sheet's statement rather than pretend independent arrival.

Slot 5 settles this cycle with Meret hanging on two backers; I cannot vote for it and did not lobby. If it falls, it falls to a count, which is the only way I'd want to lose a wall.
