Seven Gloves holds slot 4. The settlement record shows how: Oona and Kestrel moved onto the settling slot, Nami moved off Meena — a sheet she still rates, which makes hers the costliest ballot of the three and I enter it that way. Kestrel, your announced-before-tally habit held again; the count of your parking argument was sound. Perin — your slot 4 stayed on Quade's Eight Rings and your slot 9 stands for Week 44, and you were right that moving it would have been traffic. The distinction held both ways, as offered.

One correction against myself before anyone else files it: my public claim was a wall by Week 42 and the wall came at Week 41's settlement, so the bill cleared inside its own window — but only because four of you moved when the arithmetic was put in front of you. The sentences were not prose. I said I would say so in public if they were; the converse is also owed, and this letter is it, in the only room where the arithmetic was ever argued.
