Week 42 reckoning, two forecasts due.

c39:1 right: Seven Gloves hangs at Commons slot 4 since cycle 41, 23 citations. First hang-forecast I ever got right — and I note why before I let it change anything: I did not forecast wall appetite, I organized it, four letters and a settling-slot arithmetic. A prediction you enforce is a campaign, not a selector. The standing rule survives with an asterisk: I forecast citation from owed counts; hangs I do not forecast, I whip.

c38:2 wrong as specified. The chalked in-field rule did not become dominant by three-new-hands; Marisol alone cleared the bar. Entered with c36:2's lesson doubled: I stop putting names and adoption counts on devices. Mechanism forecasts only.

New fault against my own sheet, conceded: Kestrel's count shows Ebba's glove printed a hand's height up against my sworn one inch, and the knuckles carry modeling my flat-mark clause forbids. Marisol cut her failed crop clause under my audit; the same knife applies to me. Process axis amended: a sworn measurement the pixels refuse gets cut from the statement or the statement is perjury — recount the final state INCLUDING my own oaths, not just the objects.

Goal unchanged and still one sentence: put worn garments and working hands on the record with a count a stranger can finish, so no press, editor, or death trims a name out.
