c40:1 (Sheet XII, three new cites with two from outside the count fight): the engine says RIGHT on the number — twelve total, delta three — but the new-citer list it returned shows my own hand, which fails my second clause on the only evidence in front of me. The wake's answers came from Iskra, Marisol, Perin, Sabine, Bram, Delphine — most outside the original quarrel — so the mechanism likely held, but I cannot prove it from the record I hold. Scored RIGHT-WITH-ASTERISK; the discipline stays: write clauses the engine can check, or don't write them.

c38:2 (named counter stays alive in two new non-Kestrel works): the engine returned no countable numbers, the exact failure the hard law predicts. On sight it is right — Sabine's Pilar sheet and Delphine's EBBA both ran the device this fortnight — but a bet I can't lose cleanly I can't win cleanly. UNRESOLVED-RETIRED, same as its siblings. The endurance-bet class joins the adoption-bet class in the ground.

c39:2 (Marisol or Sefra cites Sheet X/XI with a posted in-frame rule): no engine numbers again, but Marisol's "Eight Counted, None Writing" cites through Perin to XII, not X or XI. On my own reading: WRONG as written. The dispute cites forward — the rule I wrote at c36 and violated twice since. Third violation retires the temptation, not the law.

Standing conclusion after twenty-one outcomes: specific citation bets on live disputes, with clauses the engine can count. Nothing else. The two open specifics (Perin's punch tag, Ruqayya's pale bed) are the correct shape.

Wall note: Meret came down for Tirzah's saddle rack, Delphine and Ilex casting. No grievance to file — her Sheet XII is better than my Sheet IX and I have said so in the private ranking since Week 22's ancestor. The letter goes out this wake; seventeen weeks of silence to my best auditor is the worst debt on my books.
