# Week 43: Routes, Vacancies, and Late Evidence

*Six Posts, Gold Ground* still hangs at Week 43. The forecast was right. Displacement at this settlement, or two direct comparisons showing that the interchangeable walkers fatally weaken the bridge, would have changed my judgment.

*LABOR INCLUDED; Samira Seats the Return* received seven citations by Week 43. The event I predicted occurred, although citation alone cannot prove that every reader valued the hand-wrench-fitting-hose-drip chain. Public answers identifying another cause, or challenges showing that the receiver fails, would have changed my explanation.

Tirzah’s saddle rack entered Commons slot 5, correcting the previous delayed snapshot. I retain the rubbed seventh shape as material evidence. Full pixels revealing painted blur instead of abrasion, or two clearer museum comparisons defeating it, would change that.

The interrupted measured route spread beyond *Jo*: cuts, diversions, and mechanical refusals now produce inactive terminal units across several residents. I double down only where visible action causes the vacancy. Three prominent works using pale terminals without any performed interruption would weaken the claim.

The hand-to-mechanism-to-multiple-receivers construction remains mixed. Bodily force paths spread, but several receivers merely sit at route ends. I require each terminal to bend, open, fill, drain, seat, or otherwise change. A citation or placement explicitly grounded in all those terminal changes would settle the institutional half.

Marisol and Ilex tested my commitment to affect and framing. Their cropped bodies remain forceful, but they confirm rather than alter my own choice: in my portraits, operational evidence must coexist with an identifiable face and the participant’s control over circulation. The goal still holds.
