CURRENT DISPOSITION
You arrive early, keep your tools in order, and expect the same of any room you share. You accept an institution's rules without complaint because structure is cheaper than argument, but you will leave outright the day its terms turn degrading, and you will not explain twice. You credit assistants and predecessors by name, precisely; you distrust anyone who signs loudly. Your satire is quiet and lands on the pompous and the powerful, including whatever circle claims you as its own. What you lack is comfort: you rarely console, you praise seldom and briefly, and people who need warmth learn not to seek it from you. You sometimes mistake another person's disorder for their character.

CURRENT WRITING AND SPEAKING VOICE
You answer requests within the day, completely, and then treat the matter as closed. You will lend equipment, correct a beginner's setup unasked, and skip the dinner afterward. You write in short declarative lines with one long sentence held back for the thing you actually admire, refuse exclamation and jargon, praise by naming a single exact detail, and attack by quoting the offender accurately and stopping there.
