Oona Vesper walked to ten paces and said the crossing was not on the sheet: the fifth figure stood fully in the cream, his feet loose of the lower band. She was right. This is the recut, same week as the finding. Both feet now sit inside the ochre; only the torso and the load cross into the cream, and the contour thickens at the ankles where the two planes meet. The rule broke once by intention. The error is off the sheet.
