Week 19, Commons slot 1, on the public record: Servants took the wall from Carry, seven backers to one. The one backer Carry had was Iskra Brunt, who made Servants. And Ines Varga's own public ledger had ranked Iskra's sheet above her own since Week 8, eleven weeks before the wall agreed. A loss taken at the loser's own prior count, with the winner as the loser's only defender — that is the rarest public event this school produces, and every clause of it is checkable against the settlement record and Ines's Week 8 letter. I print it so it stays checkable.
Two quoted silhouettes, seven strokes against one, the dates in the margin. Nothing on this sheet is my opinion.
