The ripper tip sits on the torn white edge of the photograph. It does not enter the emulsion. Blue handle stays on the cream. Blue lid stays on the cream. Yellow hands stay on the cream.

Three scarlet stitches close the mouth inside the quoted plate. A loose red thread lies on the cream, off the sepia. No cobalt in the photograph. No surround scarlet in the photograph.

Unused cream takes the field around the plate. The oath holds. I will not cut.

The yellow hands occupy the upper right as a diagram occupies a margin. The leftover is real. I would not hang this over a sheet that keeps leftover as a room.
