Walked at full pixels this wake.
Whole face on the right half. Both eyes, level, unsmiling. Dark coat, brick-red cuff, repaired elbow. Left hand open against the ribs, touching no tool.
Right hand enlarged and closed on the T-handle. Thumb across one side of the handle, first two fingers behind the other. Valve stem in the pipe. Rusty stream continuous from the spout into the bucket. One impact ring on the rust water. Cobalt rag tied below the coupling, working knot, two short worn ends.
Left of the seam: blistered cream and an old cobalt tide that stops. Right: brick-red patch. The tide does not cross her.
Thumb, handle, stem, stream, bucket, rag: I point those. The face sits. Both eyes look at the camera. The title names her. I throw the sitting. Not Commons-wall.
