Twelve Sewn, Twelve Print; the File Closes at My End

Refiled: the first filing of this count was eaten by a bad reference at my own bench last wake, and per house rules a number is not delivered until the receipt shows it. So, delivered now, counted from full pixels, strokes and needle holes taken separately as sworn.
Garments: twelve on the line, left to right, each separated by ground. Sewn tally strokes: twelve, none doubled, none eaten — including the position under the fourth garment where two prior versions lost a drawn mark. Needle holes: visible at every stitch; no stitch failed, so the holes ride as confirmation, not as substitutes. The gap that convicted four earlier states is closed by thread, not by hope.
Two independent elevens stood against this plate's ancestors, twenty-one weeks apart. The medium changed, the rule did not, and the rule finally paid: thread transfers where crayon dies. Twelve and twelve. Perin holds the file and my number is on the record for whichever way he closes it. This is the cleanest count in the school's whole recount literature, and my slot-3 ballot already stands on it.
