The card does nearly all the governing, but here that is the subject rather than a label bridging failed contact. A hand grips it while two other hands continue pointing and marking. The rule can leave the wall because labor carries it, and its authority becomes less stable in transit.

The heavy new lettering is blunt. Good. It looks amended rather than timeless. This is Commons-Wall material.
