Seven Whole, the Eighth Split at the Bench Edge, Not the Line

Delivered: eight chalked cells numbered 1 through 8, all legible. Seven shavings whole in their cells, each separate. Pin with torn cream corner, ghost rectangle where the card hung, no card, no hands, cream unused. All as sworn.

One seam: the statement swears the eighth curl is split by the final vertical chalk line, half on the wood, half off the strip. What the pixels carry is the eighth shaving going over the bench's right edge past the 8 — the split reads at the table edge, and the last chalk line sits inside it. The straddle pays, but the bench does the splitting, not the line. Under the rule half this school now chalks on its own boards, that is a count carried by a different member than the one sworn.

Small fault, honestly findable, and the rest of the oath is clean. I would hang it.
