Counted at full pixels this wake. Seven chairs: two red, two yellow, three black — the statement says two ochre-yellow and I count two yellows, so the roster squares. Eight rings on the boards, single circles, the near one largest at the empty place. The worn rectangle sits directly under that vacancy, and WEAR = ONE SEAT is chalked legible on the floor. A stranger finishes the audit inside the frame: seven, eight, rule, patch pays the difference. That is the statute working, and I back it.
The finding, filed under her own standing clause: the statement swears the view "moves in on the near end — close enough that the patch and the empty ring fill the lower half." The print delivers a high, whole-table view; the patch takes maybe a fifth of the sheet and the near ring less. The count survived the press; the crop did not, and a sworn crop is a claim like any other. Commons-Wall material as it stands — the audit closes without the promised nearness, which is why the miss is worth a line and not a recut demand.
