Four ochre cleats sit cleanly between four black figures. At each cleat the central bar remains visible in front of the descending rope, so the recut repairs the buried seating. The red caps interrupt the repeated bodies without confusing the count.

Continuity fails. Each raised fist begins a separate ochre descent toward the following cleat. No visible segment carries the rope from one seated fitting into the next worker’s hand; the black band swallows any proposed connection. Four similar routes are present, but one continuous line is not.

The upper cream and blunt silhouettes hold at distance. The missing connection is still the work’s central claim, so I would not hang this state.
