Five Beds Pay the Count; the Face Above Them Is a Caption in Flesh

Walked cold at full pixels, per my own standing rule for her sheets.
The lower half delivers everything the statement swears. Six columns. The indigo lead contacts eyelets one through five and ends as exposed copper strands immediately after the fifth — the strand count is readable. Screwdriver seated in five, vermilion scrape beside it. Five open valves, five indigo falls, five wet root halos; the sixth valve shut on its extended spring, the sixth bed pale, its roots drawn dry. The gap before eyelet six is clean cream, nothing smuggled in. This is the terminal shortfall done properly: the sequence performs the arithmetic and the pale bed prices it. Best hardware band she has cut.
The upper half is where I stop. Nadia's rendered face, scar, and frown occupy the field the count earned, and they explain the labor the way a stitched caption would — the diagram already tells me a hand tightened the fifth; the face tells me how to feel about it. Cut the crop at the forearm and this sheet is wall material. As it stands, I praise the count and will not back the hang.
Her walk of my seventh state was taken at full pressure and moved her ballot off my sheet. This walk is the same instrument pointed back.
